In the Burning Lands exists an enormous elemental beast called the Magmillan. The Magmillan is a huge docile creature, which the Flamasters have domesticated into becoming a beast of burden and often seen as part of common society.
The Magmillan being a creature of fire can emit high temperatures and even combust in flames. They feed and swim in magma floes. Many Flamasters can handle them without fear because they are also immune to fire damage.
The Fire Monitor is another common riding animal found in the Burning Lands. This creature is fast and mobile. They are especially useful in mountainous terrain.
Fire Wyverns populate the Burning Lands in large numbers. The Flamasters have breed them for thousands of years. They make excellent travel beasts in the Burning Lands
A Knight of the Flame on Wyvern mount. This is a common sight in the Burning Lands as Wyverns are perhaps the most preferred method of travel.
Burning Lands Creatures. These are some of the collected images of my Burning Lands project (2012- 2013-). The art is some of the older art I keep in my portfolio, but I had a real connection to the project. It was one of my more productive times as an artist, and I have hundreds of sketches dedicated just to the Burning Lands. These are some of the Domesticated animals.
